Sayyiduna Ubayy ibn Ka’b (radiyallahu ‘anhu) reported that Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wasallam) would recite the following Surahs in Witr Salah:
• Surah A’la
• Surah Kafirun
• Surah Ikhlas

After concluding the Witr Salah, he (sallallahu ‘alayhi wasallam) would recite thrice:

سُبْحَانَ المَلِكِ القُدُّوْس

Transliteration: Subhanal Malikil Quddus
Translation: Glory be to the King, the Most Pure

(Sunan Abi Dawud, Hadith: 1425, Sahih Ibn Hibban; Al Ihsan, Hadith: 2450)

Some Hadiths mention that Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wasallam) would raise his voice on the third time.
