Allah Ta’ala mentions in the Quran:

لَّقَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ لِّمَن كَانَ يَرْجُو اللَّهَ وَالْيَوْمَ الْآخِرَ وَذَكَرَ اللَّهَ كَثِيرًا

Certainly for you in Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wasallam) is an excellent example; for one whose hope is in Allah and the Last Day and [who] remembers Allah often.

(Surah Ahzab, verse: 21)

One great Sunnah of Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wasallam) is his sublime akhlaq [character] and his compassion and forgiveness to those who wronged him.
