Shaykh Muhammad ‘Awwamah (hafizahullah) says:

“The Muslims, until recently, were deeply attached to their scholars. However, the rug has been pulled out from under them through various deceitful and cunning methods. As a result, both the general public and even the elites have turned away from the scholars and from the circles of knowledge. The confused, doubtful, and misguided individuals have spread their doubts and misguidance among the masses, leading them astray. Truth has become rare, lost and suppressed.”

Reflection

Without the correct influence of true scholars, one becomes increasingly vulnerable to the misguidance of unqualified voices. Staying connected to authentic scholars is our surest protection against being swayed by unreliable speakers or influencers.
