THE DAY OF JUMU’AH Every nation has an appointed day of celebration and worship, which they have chosen by themselves. The Jews chose Saturday as their day of worship whereas the Christians chose Sunday as theirs. However, Friday is such a day which Allah Ta’ala Himself chose as a day of worship, celebration and a distinguishing feature for the Muslims.
