From the Pen of ‘Allamah Binnoriy (rahimahullah):
Muhaddithul ‘Asr, ‘Allamah Muhammad Yusuf Binnoriy (rahimahullah) once wrote:

When a human being is born, he cannot speak or understand anything. Although he does possess hands, feet, a nose, ears, eyes, etc., but he is helpless and cannot benefit from them. Yes, Allah Ta’ala has taught him how to suck milk and through this divine guidance he receives his nourishment. [Here, I would like to mention another thing.] Allah Ta’ala has prepared food in accordance with the child’s temperament. The same substance that sustained him in the mother’s womb through the opening of the stomach is, after birth, transformed by Allah Ta‘ala into milk. Since the mouth is pure, the food provided for him is also pure.

Then this food is so subtle and balanced that no laboratory in the world replicate it. For this reason, researchers and doctors agree that there is no substitute for a mother’s milk. Through it, functions, qualities, habits, abilities, and other characteristics are passed on to the child. Not only that; just consider this much: If this milk was too sweet, it would breed worms. If it was too sour, it would taste bad. If it was too hot or too cold, it would be unbearable for a small child. If it was too dirty, it would cause bloating, and if it was too thin, it would not meet the nutritional needs. Therefore, it was kept very balanced, and then a very fine sieve was used to extract it, so that it comes out little by little. If the opening was too large, the child would be frightened. Such is the greatness of Allah Ta’ala that He transformed the dirty substance into the form of clean milk and made it food which nourishes the philosopher, the wise man, the Prophet, and the saint.

This illustrates the foolishness of those who, thinking sustenance to be in their control, make an uproar, saying: “Stop having children, or you will die of hunger.” However, the Creator and Sustainer who provides for the poor and needy is fully capable of opening new doors of sustenance for other human beings as well. In reality, belief and conviction have deteriorated and confidence in the provision and sustenance of Allah Ta’ala has faded.

انسان جب پیدا ہوتا ہے تو آپ جانتے ہیں کہ نہ وہ بول سکتا ہے نہ کسی چیز کو سمجھ سکتا ہے ، ہاتھ ، پاؤں، ناک، کان، آنکھ سب کچھ موجود ہے مگر بے بسی کا یہ عالم ہے کہ ان سے کچھ فائدہ نہیں اٹھا سکتا ، ہاں قدرت فیاض نے اسے دودھ چوسنے کا ڈھنگ بتلا رکھا ہے ، اسی خدائی تعلیم سے وہ اپنی خوراک لیتا ہے ( یہاں درمیان میں ایک اور بات عرض کرتا ہوں) بچہ کے مزاج کے مطابق حق تعالی نے غذا تیار کی ،وہ مادہ جو کبھی پیٹ کی نلکی کے ذریعہ شکم مادر میں اس کی غذا بنتا تھا، جب پیدا ہو تو اس کی قدرت نے دودھ کی شکل میں تبدیل فرمادیا کہ منہ پاک ہے تو اس کے لئے غذا بھی پاک ہونی چاہیے ، پھر یہ غذا بھی ایسی لطیف تجویز فرمائی کہ دنیا کی کوئی لیبارٹری (تجربه گاہ) ایسی لطیف غذا تیار نہیں کرسکتی ، اس لئے محققین اطباء کا کہنا ہے کہ ماں کے دودھ کا بدل نہیں ہو سکتا، اس کے اس دودھ کے ذریعہ جو افعال، خواص، عادات ، ملکات اور مزاجی خصوصیات بچے کی طرف منتقل ہوتی ہیں انہیں رہنے دیجئے ، صرف اتنی بات پر غور فرما لیجئے کہ یہ دودھ اگر زیادہ میٹھا ہوتا تو کیڑے پیدا کرتا ، پھیکا ہوتا تو بدمزہ ہوتا، زیادہ گرم یا زیادہ سرد ہوتا تو ننھے بچے کے لئے نا قابل برداشت ہوتا ، زیادہ غلیظ ہوتا تو قراقر پیدا کرتا، اور پتلا ہوتا تو غذائی ضرورت پوری نہ کرتا ، اس لئے نہایت معتدل رکھا پھر اس کے نکلنے کے لئے نہایت باریک چھلنی لگا دی تا کہ ذرا ذرا نکلے ، سوارخ بڑا ہوتا تو بچے کو گھبراہٹ ہوتی ، تو یہ ہے حق تعالیٰ کی شان ربو بیت کہ گندے مادے کو صاف ستھرے دودھ کی شکل میں تبدیل کر کے غذا بنا دیا کہ اسی سے فلسفی کی بھی پرورش ہوتی ہے اور عاقل کی بھی ، نبی کی بھی اور ولی کی بھی ، اسی سے اندازہ ہوگا ان لوگوں کی حماقت کا جنہوں نے رزق کو اپنے قبضے میں سمجھ کر شور کر دیا کہ بچے بند کرو، ورنہ بھوکوں مرجاؤگے، حالانکہ جو خالق و رازق بے دست و پانچے کے لئے انتظام کرتا ہے وہ دوسرے انسانوں کے لئے بھی رزق کے نئے نئے دروازے کھول سکتا ہے، در اصل عقیدہ اور یقین بگڑ گیا ، خدا کی رزاقیت پر سے یقین اٹھ گیا۔
